Gary Gamber, SBA Team Leader, is a 25 Year Veteran Title Agent Executive. His first SBA Engagement in 2011 insured a $1M SBA 7a, 504 purchase for PNC Bank and Business Finance Group. In the intervening years since, Gary has managed all facets of real estate title solutions in hundreds of SBA transactions from $100K to over $5M on behalf of SunTrust Bank, BB&T, Truist Bank, Live Oak Banking Company, 44 Capital, M&T Bank, Bank of America, BayFirst National Bank, Eagle Bank, First Commerce, People’s Bank, Sandy Spring Bank, WSFS Bank, First Citizens Bank, and others, issuing an aggregate of over $300M in commercial title insurance. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of MCLA, the SBA lenders association for Maryland/D.C./Virginia, and is an instructor for The Maryland Land Institute of the Maryland State Bar Association, as well as a past President of the Maryland Building Industry Association. He attributes his success to a dedication to exceed his clients’ expectations.
